Cancellation 15 to 29 days prior to the course - 50% refund

We are unable to provide a refund for cancellations within 14 days of the course start date.

Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon breaks. Dinner will be on your own.

We will plan to go out for dinner as a group on the Wednesday evening and arrange for an tour of the Region of Waterloo International Airport on the Thursday evening.
